Our extra apricot jam with whole apricot halves is made from apricot halves harvested in the Mediterranean basin. These are selected for their soft texture and beautiful yellowy orange colour. The fruit is picked when ripe and then washed and carefully pitted. With almost 100 years worth of know-how under their belts, our master jam makers make this jam using traditional methods in large open copper cauldron pots. This sweet and slightly sour jam has a high fruit content, guaranteeing an exceptional taste.
