Albert Ménès apricot jam is made from “Bergeron” apricots harvested in France and renowned for their generous size, melting texture and delicately sweet flavor. This variety is harvested between late July and early August. The apricots are then simmered for a long time in our production workshop in Ariège.
This sweet and slightly tangy jam contains a good fruit content, which guarantees an exceptional flavor on the palate.
Bergeron Albert Ménès apricot jam can be enjoyed for breakfast or during a sweet break on toast or in yogurt. It can also be used in baking, in different preparations.
INGREDIENTS: Bergeron apricots, sugar, gelling agent: pectins, acidifier: citric acid.
