Our Gravlax salmon mix is made with Camargue salt, cane sugar, coriander, dill, red Kampot pepper and pink berries... A well-balanced, easy-to-use recipe to impress your guests or simply treat yourself every day.
Our Gravlax salmon recipe:
For 2 salmon steaks of 250g, use 100g of mixture. Wrap the fish in the mixture, cover with cling film and chill for 6 to 8 hours. Rinse the fish with water and add a dash of olive oil. Enjoy!
Ingredients : Coarse Camargue salt, cane sugar, coriander, dill seeds, caraway, black cumin seeds, red Kampot pepper, pink peppercorns, green peppercorns.
