The Quatre Fruits Rouges Jam is an authentic and essential recipe from the Maison Albert Ménès. Made from a specific recipe, it harmoniously combines the flavours of strawberry, Griotte cherry, raspberry and currant. It's a jam made for red fruits lovers, highlighted by a slightly tart note of currant.
Our extra four fruits jam is perfect spread on toast, melba toast or pancakes for breakfast or for a snack. It is also great for a Swiss roll filling.
INGREDIENTS: cane sugar, strawberries 17g, morello cherries 11g, raspberries 11g, redcurrants 11g, gelling agent : pectins.
