Albert Ménès gift wrapping
Albert Ménès salted Drôme garlic is a natural, unbleached product that is ready to use. Made in France, it contains no additives, so colour variations are possible, but they do not affect the quality of the product. Probably originating from Central Asia, garlic has been known since the dawn of time for its medicinal properties. Garlic is said have grown in one of the footprints left by the devil's feet when he left the Garden of Eden. The Crusaders contributed to its spread in Europe, where it was soon considered a miracle cure. Today, it is one of the essential flavours in Mediterranean gastronomy.
