These pretzels owe their unique flavour and crunch to the pure tradition of their production. The dough is first shaped into long, thin pieces that are individually knotted and then dropped in boiling water before being sprinkled with salt crystals and baked in the oven.
These traditional pretzels are perfect with an aperitif.
