This 10 g Organic Oregano by La Caravane des Épices is organically grown and certified under IFS and Ecocert standards. Packaged in France, this product is made entirely from natural ingredients.
Oregano is the wild form of marjoram. Imported from Palestine, it has been used in Europe since ancient times,particularly in Provence, which has become its adoptive home. The name "Oregano" is made up from two Greek words: oros (mountain) and genos (brightness) because this jewel of a herb is grown on sunny mountain slopes. This organic oregano has been selected by La Caravane des Épices for its quality and freshness.
