These delicious aperitif biscuits are home-made in the heart of the Basque Country, using simple ingredients, 100% French and selected as close as possible to the workshop: good fresh butter, sheep's cheese from a Basque cooperative, Espelette chilli pepper harvested according to the PDO specifications and wheat flour from France. The wheels of ewe's cheese are carefully grated and then delicately incorporated into the dough of these biscuits, to which a touch of Espelette chilli pepper is then added. It is the perfect alliance between the characterful taste of this ewe's cheese and the fruity note of Espelette chilli pepper, sublimated by the crunchiness of their texture, that make these shortbread biscuits a must for a successful aperitif.
