This ketchup by Abert Ménès is made in Provence using artisanal methods. It is made from yellow tomatoes and a touch of paprika which gives it its ochre colour. The tomato is gently heated in a pot to bring out all the flavours. The rounded, indulgent notes of the multiflower honey are subtly brought out with a hint of cider vinegar.
