These fillets are prepared from sardines caught in the North-East Atlantic. Carefully selected for their quality and absence of imperfections, the sardines are carefully filleted before cooking. The fillets are then delicately placed by hand in their tin and covered with a drizzle of fruity extra virgin olive oil, which enriches their flavour and ensures excellent preservation.
