This red Kampot pepper has an unusual scent, with notes of honey and spices such as cloves and cinnamon. It has a well-balanced taste that is reasonably spicy and slightly warm, long-lasting and fruity with notes of lemon. It’s the perfect pepper for culinary connoisseurs. It can be used crushed or ground.
