Our extra Apricot jam is made using the highest quality orange apricots from Provence and is cooked by hand in an open copper cauldron pot. These orange apricots are harvested in the summer in Provence and are chosen for their delicate, melt-in-the-mouth, juicy flesh and mild, sweet flavour. The fast cooking process and high fruit content in this jam keeps in all the aromas and flavours of the fruit.
