Tagliatelle with artichoke cream
Ingredients : (for 4 people)
- 2 Albert Ménès artichoke creams
- 300g tagliatelle
- 125g ricotta cheese
- Pine nuts
- Arugula salad
Preparation :
Cook the tagliatelle.
Meanwhile, melt the ricotta in a pan with a little of the pasta cooking water and add the Cream of Artichoke Soup.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drain the tagliatelle and mix with the artichoke cream sauce.
Serve on plates and garnish with a few pine nuts and arugula salad.
