Croque Jeune Homme with black garlic, or how to revisit a great classic
Original and easy, the recipe for Croque Jeune Homme with black garlic is a simple take on one of the great classics of French gastronomy!
For 4 people
-Difficulty : Easy
-Cooking Time : 6 min
Ingredients :
- 80 g Albert Ménès black garlic confit
- 4 pinches Albert Ménès coriander leaf
- 12 serving La vache qui rit ® cheese
- 40 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices crustless sandwich bread
- 4 slices white ham on the bone
- 20 g butter
Preparation :
Mix the Albert Ménès black garlic confit with La vache qui rit portions and the grated Parmesan.
Cover the slices of bread with this mixture. Cover four of them with white ham and the other four with Albert Ménès coriander leaves.
Form four sandwiches and fry in a pan with butter for around 3 minutes on each side. Serve piping hot.
