This delicious honey goes perfectly with coffee ice cream, a piece of cake, pancakes or a summer fruit salad. It can also be used to make a tasty and healthy dessert: try drizzling this honey and nut mixture onto creamy yoghurt with some pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts and a few roasted pistachios. For a more original recipe, toast and caramelize the walnuts in the oven by placing them on a baking tray at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, turning them at least once. These can then be used to make a delicious Fourme d’Ambert blue cheese, endive and pear salad.
