The aromas of this amber-scented honey are influenced by the surrounding landscape. This honey is produced solely in the scrublands of the Provence region (lavender, thyme, heather, rosemary). This region extends over 6 French departments within the PACA region, including the south of the Drôme and eastern part of Gard.
A delicious addition to goat cheese toast with herbes de provence. Great when used to prepare honey glazed duck. It can also be used on toast or in dairy products.
