Mix for Fish - Spice Mill

Our barbecue spice mix is an exclusive recipe that has been carefully developed and expertly made in France. It combines fresh lemon zest and fruity pink peppercorns with the slightly aniseed taste of coriander. This spice mill is practical for the dinner table and in the kitchen with two openings (at the top and bottom) allowing you to fully appreciate the quality of the freshly ground mix. A quick way to add flavour to your fish en papillote, pan-fried scallops, shrimp woks or a hollandaise sauce.
