The Albert Ménès bouquet garni for meat was created from an exclusive recipe. It consists of an assembly of herbs whose flavours blend and complement each other perfectly: thyme, whole coriander, marjoram, parsley and bay. In the Albert Ménès herbs and spices workshop, these small parcels of bouquet garni are made by hand in small cloth pouches.
The easy-to-use muslin bag is immersed in the preparation at the beginning of cooking, transmitting all its herb and spice flavours to braised or boiled meats.
