The Macadamia Nut was discovered 5,000 years ago by Aboriginal Australians, who called it Kindal Kindal. At the end of the nineteenth century, it started to become known internationally. Macadamia Nuts have a round shell that encloses the nut, much like almonds. They have a light buttery taste and a crunchy texture. It is known for its energy-giving and anti-oxidant properties.
