Our mango and passion fruit jam was created in our kitchens in Nice and made using traditional methods. Made in the traditional way in a cauldron pot which is monitored throughout the cooking process by our jam makers, this unique jam is a limited edition of the House of Albert Ménès. This unique, gourmet creation has smooth, sweet notes of mango that are brought out by the tangy flavours of the passion fruit.
Enjoy this mango and passion fruit jam with yoghurt or as a topping for quark. You can also use it as in a coulis, on a panna cotta or a cheesecake.
