Our extra rhubarb jam is made in Provence from rhubarbs which are picked upon ripening and which are chosen for their slightly tart flavour. This delicious melt-in-the-mouth jam is made by our master jam makers in an open copper cauldron pot. Their artisanal skills and the authentic recipe guarantee a sweet and tasty creation.
This rhubarb jam can be enjoyed at breakfast or as part of a sweet snack. It can also be used in rhubarb meringue tarts, or as a base for a strawberry tart.
