Our Extra Williams Pear Jam from France is made from Williams pears which have been chosen for their distinctive flavour. Cooked up in our kitchens in Nice, this jam is made with artisanal expertise and traditional methods using an open copper cauldron pot which is monitored by our master jam makers throughout the cooking process. A touch of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla has been added to this unique, gourmet jam to subtly bring out the sweet, musky notes of the pears.
Our Extra Williams Pear Jam from France is perfect spread on toasted brioche, melba toast or pancakes for breakfast or for a snack. It can also be used in baking as a filling for macaroons, to caramelise fruits or to make a tarte tatin.
