Our extra wild blueberry jam is made from whole wild blueberries which have been chosen for their strong fruity yet sweet flavour and their stunning almost black colour. The wild blueberries are picked when they become ripe from small subshrubs measuring under 60cm tall that are found in undergrowth. They are then cooked whole by our master jam makers in a copper cauldron pot. Packed full of fruity pieces, this jam is a pleasure to eat. Our artisanal know-how and traditional House of Albert Ménès recipe are brought together to create a delicious gourmet creation.
Our wild blueberry jam can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. It can also be used in baking recipes. Why not try adding it to your fruit crumbles, blueberry pies, muffins or panna cotta.
