This dehydrated orange peel gets its naturally sweet taste from oranges that are harvested in the sunny Spanish climate. It must be rehydrated before use by adding it to a small amount of water or by adding it directly to the mix when preparing a dish. It can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes. The oranges are dried and then crushed whole, a process which provides a very strong taste and a much higher product quality.
They make an amazing addition to salt-crusted sea bream and also taste delicious in a chocolate mousse. This orange peel brings a delicate and sweet taste to sauces used in poultry dishes.
INGREDIENTS: Deshydrated orange zest (100%). MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS, SESAME, MUSTARD et CELERY.
